BelDan

We were invited as experts in the field of lighting to develop a professional technical solution at a new production facility for slaughtering and processing bacon pork using Danish technology in Baranovichi and to implement it in conditions of parallel construction and design. A special condition was the owner’s requirement to conduct designer supervision of all technical solutions. Lighting will have to work in conditions of high humidity and with increased requirements for the food industry. The owner’s task was to divide the lighting into several levels to save energy, for this we will use several different models of our own luminaires.

Task

Create comfortable lighting for employees with maximum reliability, divide lamps into general and backup. For these tasks, we have recommended the e-Industry and e-Slim luminaires.

  • Strategy

The illumination turned out to be at a given level, the reliability of the luminaires was 97.4% out of 2000 pieces.

Luminaire advantages

Why is e-Industry better than others?

01.

Double
seal

Body is protected from dust and
moisture according to the IP66
standard in the version with glass.

With LEDiL lenses or glass, the
luminaire is up to IP67 protected.

02.

A2 steel
screws

Stainless steel screws
do not rust even in
corrosive environments.

You can install our
luminaire on any object.

03.

Diffusers
and optics

We use modern Novattro
diffusers and glasses
that transmit light well.

Also Finnish LEDiL lenses for
high luminaire applications.

04.

Popular
size

The luminaire body has been tested
in thermodynamic plugins, which
has improved its heat dissipation.
