Step No. 1

Lighting system analysis.

Proposal development

The production of bricks in Vitebsk planned a transition from traditional fluorescent lighting to LED luminaires. They decided to start from auxiliary rooms with low ceilings, where 2×58 W lamps were installed. Since it was necessary to quickly replace, the number of fixtures should not have changed.

Step No. 2

Project economics

The customer compared our version of the Belarusian ledz e-Slim 60 aM with a DPP22 Standard lamp and decided to choose our option. Compared with the fragile body of DPP22, our luminaire is cast from a soft expensive composition of plastic with a PMMA diffuser, which does not turn yellow and does not crack for more than 20 years. The ring seal in e-Slim reliably protects the luminaire from dust and moisture in contrast to the competitor’s luminaire.

Step No. 3

Final project evaluation.

Payback and benefits

At this facility, we fully achieved the set result, and the customer was satisfied with our work. Illumination increased in comparison with obsolete lamps, and Keramika company began to return the invested funds from the savings obtained from the reduction of power consumption. According to the plan, our LED fixtures IP65 e-Slim will pay off in 11.7 months, which is an excellent indicator. We hope and are ready to continue our mutually beneficial cooperation.
